ThinkCraft account deletion
This page explains how to delete your ThinkCraft account and associated data. You can use this web page without installing the app and without signing in.
How to request account deletion
- Email team@airealm.pro with the subject line Delete my ThinkCraft account, or call +91 94974 23913.
- Include the email address registered to your ThinkCraft account so we can verify the request.
- After verification, we delete the account and associated data as described below.
In-app deletion (optional):
Signed-in users can also open ThinkCraft → Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm with their email. That deletes the same account and data.
Data deleted
- Account authentication record (email login profile)
- Profile fields tied to your account (name, handle, avatar, school link)
- Learning progress, streaks, Sparks, and related app activity
- Friends / social links tied to your account
- Push notification tokens for your devices
Data that may be retained
- Minimal security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained for up to 30 days, then removed or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
How long deletion takes
Verified deletion requests are processed as soon as possible, typically within 7 business days (and no longer than 30 days).
