Privacy Policy for ThinkCraft
This Privacy Policy explains how ThinkCraft ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app and website.
1) Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and authentication details when you sign in.
- Learning data: lesson progress, scores, and app activity needed to provide your learning experience.
- Technical data: basic device and app diagnostic information used for security and reliability.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the app experience.
- Save your progress and sync it across devices.
- Secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support and operational requests.
3) Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, email and payments, for example Supabase, Vercel hosting, Amazon SES email, and Google Play / App Store / PhonePe billing. ThinkCraft shows no ads and uses no advertising or tracking services. See our Cookie Policy.
4) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with service providers as needed to operate the app, or when required by law. We collect the minimum needed for accounts, learning progress, parent reports and support. We never use learners' data for advertising or to track them across other apps or websites.
5) Data Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7) Your Choices
- You can stop using the app at any time.
- You can request account and associated data deletion at any time. Full instructions: https://thinkcraft.app/delete-account.html (or email team@airealm.pro).
8) Children's Privacy
ThinkCraft is built for school students, so we treat everyone under 18 as a child. When a student under 18 signs up, they give a parent's or guardian's email and we send that parent a link to review and approve the account. We keep only what is needed to run the learning account (name, username, email, lessons and quiz answers) and to show progress to the parent. We do not show ads, do not track children across other apps or websites, do not build advertising profiles, and do not sell or share children's data. A parent can see progress through the parent link and weekly email, set a daily lesson limit, and ask us to delete the account at any time by writing to team@airealm.pro. Schools that give ThinkCraft to their students act as the point of contact for consent for those school accounts.
9) User uploads & copyright
Profile pictures and similar uploads remain subject to our DMCA / Copyright Policy. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
