Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ThinkCraft plans (ThinkCraft Family, formerly called ThinkCraft Family). The same rules apply on Android, iPhone / iPad and the web (UPI / PhonePe).

Quick summary: If you pay for ThinkCraft Family and your child stops using it, or you are not happy for any reason, ask within 30 days of the payment and we refund you in full, no questions asked. You can cancel any time. We never make sales calls.

1) Same policy on every platform

Whether you pay through Google Play, the Apple App Store or PhonePe / UPI on our website, the 30-day money-back promise is the same. Store rules can add to it (section 5); they never take it away.

2) Prices, renewals and cancellation

Prices are shown in Indian rupees including GST before you pay, together with the renewal price and date.
Subscriptions bought in Google Play or the App Store renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; the store shows the renewal date and sends its renewal notices. Payments by UPI / PhonePe on our website are one-time for the period shown and do not renew automatically.
Where a free trial is offered in the store, it is shown before you subscribe, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel a store subscription at any time in Google Play or App Store subscription settings. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

3) 30-day money-back promise

If you are not happy for any reason, including your child not using it, you can get a full refund within 30 calendar days of a payment. No questions asked.

Email team@airealm.pro with the subject “Refund request” and the account email. That's all we need.
We reply within 2 working days. Once approved, the money is usually back within 7 calendar days; Google Play, Apple, PhonePe or your bank can sometimes take longer.
The promise applies to each new purchase or renewal payment.

4) After 30 days

After 30 days a payment is generally non-refundable, except where the law or Google Play / App Store rules require a refund. You can still cancel so you are not charged again.

5) Google Play, Apple and PhonePe

Google Play: email us and we refund through Google Play. You can also use Google Play's own refund tools.
Apple App Store: only Apple can refund App Store purchases. Request it through Apple's Report a Problem page. If Apple declines a request made within our 30 days, email us and we will refund you directly by UPI.
PhonePe / UPI on our website: email us and we refund to the same payment method.

6) Free content

Core educational lessons that are free do not involve payment and do not require a refund.

7) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
