These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ThinkCraft mobile app and related websites operated by Airealm Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using ThinkCraft, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

ThinkCraft provides AI learning lessons, practice games, progress tracking, optional Think Plus subscriptions, and social features such as friends and study buddies. Features may change as we improve the product.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate account information.
If you are under 18, you should use ThinkCraft with a parent or guardian's permission where required by law.
You are responsible for activity on your account.

3) Acceptable Use

Do not harass, abuse, or spam other learners.
Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Do not share illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Friend requests require the other person's approval. Do not misuse social features.

4) Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features such as Think Plus may be billed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other payment partners. Billing, renewals, and refunds follow the store or payment provider rules and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5) Intellectual Property

Lessons, branding, software, and other ThinkCraft materials belong to Airealm Technologies or our licensors. You may use them only for personal learning through the app.

6) Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7) Disclaimers

ThinkCraft is provided "as is". Learning outcomes vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-related content will be error-free.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Airealm Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ThinkCraft.

9) Termination

You may stop using ThinkCraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we revise this page.
